Booking & Scheduling
You can book a session directly through our website. Visit the Book page, select your desired service, choose an available time slot, fill in your details, and complete the payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the session details.
After booking, you'll receive an immediate confirmation email with your session details, a calendar invite, and preparation guidelines. For online sessions, you'll receive the meeting link 24 hours before your session.
Yes, you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your session at no additional cost. Contact us via email or the contact form with your preferred new time, and we'll find a suitable slot.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours can be rescheduled once but are not eligible for refunds. No-shows forfeit the session fee.
Sessions & Delivery
Yes! All our services are available online via secure video conferencing (Zoom or Google Meet). Online sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions and offer greater flexibility for your schedule.
In-person sessions are held at a professional meeting space in Melbourne CBD. The exact address will be provided in your booking confirmation email.
Preparation depends on your session type. For CV reviews, have your current CV ready. For interview coaching, bring job descriptions you're targeting. For strategy sessions, think about your career goals. We'll send specific preparation tips in your confirmation email.
Session times are fixed to respect everyone's schedule. If you're late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. We recommend joining 5 minutes early for online sessions to test your setup.
Payment & Pricing
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure Stripe payment system.
Our prices are already set with students in mind - they're significantly below typical career coaching rates. We believe quality career guidance should be accessible to all graduates.
Yes, you'll receive an itemised receipt via email immediately after payment. This can be used for expense claims if your university or employer offers professional development funding.
Absolutely! Many clients book a combination of services or multiple sessions of the same type. Each session is booked individually, so you have full flexibility to add sessions as needed.
