Services

Career Catalyst provides career coaching services including interview preparation, CV review, LinkedIn optimisation, and career strategy sessions. All services are delivered via video conference (Zoom) unless otherwise arranged.

Booking and Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider, Stripe.

Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 24 hours notice: Full refund or reschedule at no charge
  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund or credit towards future session
  • No-show without notice: No refund provided

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost. To reschedule, please contact us via email or through your booking confirmation link.

Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential. We will not share your personal information, career goals, or session content with any third parties without your explicit consent.

Disclaimer

While we strive to provide the highest quality career coaching, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, interview success, or career advancement. Results depend on many factors including market conditions, individual effort, and circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, and resources provided during coaching sessions remain the intellectual property of Career Catalyst. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own career development.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
